It was nicely worded, but horribly superficial. I returned that letter to Lugar's office, instructing his staffers not to send me anymore of those letters. When it comes to illegal immigration, The Senior Senator from Indiana has an extremely horrible record. According to numbersusa.com, Lugar has a D for his career record on immigration matters and a D MINUS for his recent voting record on immigration. I respect old Dick's status as a Senior Senator, but I detest his voting record when it comes to illegal immigration. I received from the Senator’s good offices the exact same letter.
